Before your order ships, the carrier checks your address. If something looks off, like a missing apartment number, we hold the order and email you so it doesn’t end up lost or returned. A quick reply keeps same-day shipping possible.
| What we found | What to send us |
|---|---|
| Missing apartment, suite, unit or lot number | Reply with the number. |
| Address the carrier can’t confirm | Check for typos, then confirm the address is right and that packages normally reach it. |
| Mailbox store address (like a UPS Store) | Send the store’s street address plus your box number, written as a suite number. |
| Address is correct as entered | Just tell us. We’ll ship it as is. |
Rural addresses, gated communities and mobile home parks often trigger these checks, and they are usually fine once you confirm. If you notice a few extra digits added to your ZIP code, that is normal and nothing to worry about.
Once we hear from you, we update the order and ship it, and tracking follows by email. If we don’t hear back, we’ll follow up.
