Use one GoTread under each tire you need to raise, usually the tires on the low side. Most people level one side or one corner at a time, so one pair covers most setups.
How high each size can go #
Each panel adds about 1 inch of height when you fold a GoTread onto itself.
| Height you need | How to stack it | Regular | XL | XXL |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 inch | One panel, drive straight up | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| 2 inches | Two panels | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| 3 inches | Three panels (use a Stack Pack) | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| 4 inches | Four panels (use a Stack Pack) | No | Yes | Yes |
| 5 inches | Five panels (use a Stack Pack) | No | No | Yes |

Dual rear wheels (duallies) #
One GoTread per set of dual tires is usually enough. Put it under the outer tire, since it is easier to see while you center the tire. See leveling a dually.
Tips #
- Use the Stack Pack any time you level 3 inches or higher.
- Drive up slowly and never spin your tires on stacked panels.
- Keep panels flat on each other, with any overhanging panel on the ground side.
- With tandem axles, do not place GoTreads under a driving tire and a non-driving tire at the same time.
Step-by-step photos are in how to use GoTreads for leveling.
