- How soon will my order ship?
We process and ship orders throughout the workweek, from Monday to Friday. Orders that are placed before 2pm Central time are typically shipped on the same day. Additional time may be needed to process special requests or larger orders. Our hours of operation do not include holidays and weekends. We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate most needs.

Over the last 30+ years of business, GoTreads have been used in all corners of the world in countless conditions. GoTreads will handle a broad range of conditions and have been proven many 1000’s of times over. No one can guarantee 100% success 100% of the time but we and our ever-growing customer base can attest to a very high success rate when using GoTreads for emergency traction.
- What shipping method do you use for free shipping?
Currently, orders over $99 ship free to the lower 48 states via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders to Hawaii or Alaska typically ship via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate.

- Can I really park on top of GoTreads to level an RV/vehicle?
Yes! GoTreads are rated for 50,000 pounds per axle. You can level up to 4″ with the GoTreads XL. We recommend using the optional Stack Pack when leveling. Learn more here .
- What does the lifetime warranty cover and how do I get it?
Orders placed directly through our site come with a lifetime warranty by default. The warranty covers breakage of GoTreads during normal use due to a manufacturing defect. Simply contact us with a photo of the broken part and your original order number and we will get it taken care of. More details can be found on our warranty page .
- What are GoTreads made out of?
GoTreads are made of a polypropylene copolymer blend. A material that remains flexible down to -35 F degrees.
The hinge pins are made from corrosion resistant plated steel.

- Which size of GoTreads is best for a van?
We recommend GoTreads XL for most vans. This will give you over 4 feet (1.2 m) of traction and up to 4 inches (10.2 cm) of leveling per GoTread.
