We ship GoTreads worldwide from our warehouse in Wichita, Kansas, United States.
Transit times shown below are general estimates and will vary based on your exact shipping address, service level selected, and current carrier conditions. For the most accurate delivery estimate, enter your address during checkout – our system will calculate real-time transit times based on your location and chosen shipping method.

United States (Lower 48 States)
Carriers: We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS
- Standard shipping: 3-6 business days
- Express shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight shipping: Next business day (order by 2pm CST)
- Free Shipping: Orders over $99 often qualify for free standard shipping. Check for free shipping coupon codes on checkout. Free shipping will use the most economical shipping method.
United States (Hawaii & Alaska)
Carriers: We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express shipping: 3-4 business days
- Note: Overnight shipping isn’t available for Hawaii and Alaska
Canada
Carriers: We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express shipping: 3-5 business days
All Other Countries
Carriers: We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS
- Standard shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express shipping: 5-7 business days
International Orders (Outside of the United States)
Important Notice
When your order crosses borders, your country may charge additional customs fees, duties, VAT, or taxes. These charges aren’t included in your purchase price and will be collected separately by your shipping carrier. The amount varies by country and order value, and you’ll be responsible for paying these fees when your package arrives.
For example:
- In Australia, orders over AUD 1000 typically trigger import duties
- Your shipping carrier (like FedEx, UPS, etc.) may send you a separate bill for these charges after delivery
- These fees are mandatory and set by your local government, not GoTreads
By placing your order, you agree to pay any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes required by your country.

Package Liability
Once a package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. While we provide tracking numbers and assist with filing claims when possible, GoTreads isn’t liable for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed during transit. We recommend choosing a shipping address where someone can receive the package in person, and selecting a carrier service that reliably delivers to that address.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Make sure to whitelist hello@gotreads.com. You can click the link in the email or copy the tracking number to the carrier’s website to follow your package’s journey.
